适用范围
本标准规定了铝及铝合金大规格无缝拉制管材的要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存及质量证明书与合同（或订货单）内容。
本标准适用于外径为120㎜～220㎜的圆形截面(如图1)管材，及边长为70㎜×50㎜～120㎜×120㎜的正方形截面(如图2)管材或矩形截面(如图3)管材。
本标准仅适用于采用挤压开坯法生产的管材，不适用于有缝管材及导电行业用管材。

【摘要】:Itisnormalforsomeofthecombustionproductsofaninternalcombustionenginetopenetrateintotheenginelubricantandberetainedinit.Whenanengineisrunforaperiodoftimeandthenstoredoveralongperiodoftime,theby-productsofcombustionmayberetainedintheoilinaliquefiedstate.Underthesecircumstances,precipitatescanformthatimpairthefilterabilityoftheoilthenexttimetheengineisrun.Thistestmethodsubjectsthetestoilandthenewoiltothesametreatmentssuchthatthelossoffilterabilitycanbedetermined.Referenceoils,onwhichthedataobtainedbythistestmethodisknown,areavailable.Thistestmethodrequiresthatareferenceoilalsobetestedandresultsreported.Twooilsareavailable,oneknowntogivealowandoneknowntogiveahighdatavalueforthistestmethod.Note18212;Whenthenewoiltestresultsaretobeofferedascandidateoiltestresultsforaspecification,suchasSpecificationD4485,thespecificationwillstatemaximumallowablelossoffilterability(flowreduction)ofthetestoilascomparedtothenewoil.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthetendencyofanoiltoformaprecipitatethatcanpluganoilfilter.Itsimulatesaproblemthatmaybeencounteredinanewenginerunforashortperiodoftime,followedbyalongperiodofstoragewithsomewaterintheoil.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
