【摘要】:HISAspecifiesfundamentalrequirementsfor'informationinfrastructure'andhealthcarespecificmiddlewareservices.Thispartofthestandardspecifiesthefundamentalcharacteristicsofthecomputationalmodeltobeimplementedbyaspecificarchitecturallayeroftheinformationsystem(i.e.themiddleware)toprovideacomprehensiveandintegratedinterfacetothecommonenterpriseinformationandtosupportthefundamentalbusinessprocessesofthehealthcareorganisation,asdefinedinthedocument"HealthInformatics-ServiceArchitecture-Part1:EnterpriseViewpoint".Thecomputationalmodelisspecifiedwithoutany-explicitorimplicit-assumptionaboutthephysicaltechnologies,toolsorsolutionstobeadoptedforitsphysicalimplementationinthevarioustargetscenarios.Thespecificationisneverthelessformal,completeandnon-ambiguousenoughtoallowimplementerstoderiveanefficientdesignofthesysteminthespecifictechnologicalenvironmentthatwillbeselectedforthephysicalimplementation.Thecomputationalmodelprovidesthebasisforensuringconsistencybetweendifferentengineeringandtechnologyspecifications(includingprogramminglanguagesandcommunicationmechanisms)sincetheymustbeconsistentwiththesamecomputationalobjectmodel.Thisconsistencyallowsopeninter-workingandportabilityofcomponentsintheresultingimplementation.Thisspecificationdoesnotaimatrepresentingafixed,complete,specificationofallpossibleinterfacesthatmaybenecessaryforanyrequirementofanyhealthcareenterprise.Itspecifiesonlyasetofcharacteristics-intermsofoverallorganisationandindividualcomputationalobjects,identifiedasfundamentalandcommontoallhealthcareorganisations,andthataresatisfiedbythecomputationalmodelimplementedbythemiddleware.Preservingconsistencywiththeprovisionsofthisstandard,physicalimplementationsshallallowextensionstothestandardcomputationalmodelinordertosupportadditionalandlocalrequirements.Extensionsshallincludeboththedefinitionofadditionalpropertiesintheobjectsofthestandardmodelandtheimplementationofentirelynewobjects.Alsothisstandardspecificationshallbeextendableovertimeaccordingtotheevolutionoftheapplicablestandardisationinitiatives.Thespecificationofextensionsshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothemethodologydefinedinparagraph7"Methodologyforextensions"ofdocumentEN12967-1"HealthInformatics-ServiceArchitecture-Part1:EnterpriseViewpoint",whichidentifiesasetofhealthcarecommoninformationservices,describingtheirneedandthemethodologythroughwhichtheywillbeused.Theseareonlytheminimalidentifiablesetofservicesaccordingtotheneedsofthehealthcareenterprise,andconstitutingthe'middleware'platform(i.e.integrationplatform)toserveasthebasisforhealthcareapplications,e.g.EHRorpatientadministration.
