【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestwomethodsforthedeterminationof15polycyclicaromatichydrocarbons(PAHs)inanimalandvegetablefatsandoils:—ageneralmethod,and—amethodspecificforcoconutoilandvegetableoilswithshort-chainfattyacids.Thesemethodsarenotquantitativefortheveryvolatilecompoundssuchasnaphthalene,acenaphtheneandfluorene.Duetointerferencesprovidedbythematrixitself,palmoilandolivepomaceoilcannotbeanalysedusingthismethod.Thequantificationlimitis0,2ug/kgforalmostallcompoundsanalysed,exceptforfluorantheneandbenzo(9,/7,/)perylenewherethequantificationlimitis0,3ug/kg,andindeno(1,2,3-c,c/)pyrenewherethequantificationlimitis1ug/kg.
