【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureoffixedbowlplanetarymixersofcapacitygreaterthanorequalto5landlessthan500lusedtoprocessvariousingredientse.g.cocoa,flour,sugar,oilsandfat,mincedmeat,eggs,andotheringredients,inthefoodindustryandshops.Thesemachinesaresometimesusedinotherindustries(e.g.pharmaceuticalindustry,chemicalindustry,printing,etc.),buthazardsrelatedtotheseusesarenotconsideredinthisstandard.Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:-accessoryplanetarymixers;-continuouslyfedmachines;-doughmixers;-experimentalandtestingmachinesunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturers;-domesticappliances.Theintendeduseofthemachine,asdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991andinthemanufacturer'sinstuctionhandbookisloadingvariousingredients,processingtheminastationarybowlbymeansofappropriatebeaters,unloadingandcleaning.Processingiscarriedoutincyclesofvariableduration.Itcanbeeithermanuallyorautomatically-controlled,inindividualcyclesoronacyclerepeatbasis,etc.Manualoperationsaresometimesnecessarytoaddingredientswithoutstoppingthebeater.Onmachinesfittedwithabowlliftingandloweringdeviceorwithadeviceformovingthebowl/head/beaterverticallytheworkingpositionisthatwhenthebeaterisnearesttothebottomofthebowl.Thesignificanthazardscoveredbythisstandardaremechanical(shearing,trapping,lossofstability),electrical,thermal,ergonomicandalsohazardsresultingfromgasaccumulation,noise,inhalationofdust,andlackofhygiene.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithnoisereduction.Thestandardappliesonlytomachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofitsissue.note:1)Note:Below5l,EN60335-1andEN60335-2-64areapplicable.2)EN453.
