【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesaprocessusinglimitgauges,forthevalidationoftaperinternalandexternalthreadsandparallelinternalthreadsonpipingsystemscomponentsandotherproducts,thedimensionsandtolerancesofwhicharedetailedinEN10226-1andprEN10226-2.Thegaugingsystemdescribedmaynotbesuitable,withoutspecialprecautions,forgaugingofthreadsoninjectionmouldedplasticworkpieces.Thisdocumentdoesnotcovercompletelyalltherequirementsnecessaryforfullcontrolofthreadqualityanddimensions.AdditionalcontroloftoolsandequipmentandvisualinspectionduringproductionarerequiredtoensurecompletecompliancewithEN10226-1andprEN10226-2,forexamplethelengthofusefulthreadoninternallythreadedworkpiecesshouldbecheckedbydirectmeasurement.AnnexAgivesasummaryofthegaugesincludedinthisdocument,togetherwithdetailsofthethreadelementscontrolledbyeachgaugeandgaugeidentificationnumbers.IntheeventofadisputeovercompliancewiththerequirementsofEN10226-1andprEN10226-2,thegaugesinthisdocumentaretobeconsideredasdecisiveforthethreadelementswhichtheycontrolontheworkpiece.
