适用范围
为保证安全生产，本规程对起重机械的设计、制造、检验、报废、使用与管理等方面的安全要求，作了最基本的规定。
起重机的强度、刚度、稳定性、结构件在腐蚀性工作环境下的最小尺寸、抗倾覆稳定性等，一般应满足GB 3811一83《起重机设计规范》的规定。
本规程适用于:桥式起重机(包括冶金起重机)、门式起重机、装卸桥、缆索起重机、汽车起重机、轮胎起重机、履带起重机、铁路起重机、塔式起重机、门座起重机、桅杆起重机、升降机、电葫芦及简易起重设备和辅具。
本规程不适用于:浮式起重机、矿山井下提升设备、载人起重设备。

【摘要】:ThispartofISO10838specifiesrequirementsandtestmethodsforfull-end-load-resistantmechanicalpipe-jointingsystemsforconnecting,toeachotherortoametalpipeorfitting,polyethylene(PE)pipes,conformingtoISO4437,ofnominaloutsidediameterlessthanorequalto63mm.Inaddition,itspecifiescertaingeneralpropertiesofthematerialfromwhichthesefittingsaremade.ThispartofISO10838specifiesdimensionalrequirementsfor,andtheperformanceof,suchassemblies.Itisapplicabletomechanicalfittingsinwhichallload-bearingelementsofthejointaremetal.TheyareintendedforusewithPEpipesdesignedforthesupplyofgaseousfuels,thesefittingsproducingeitherpermanentjointsorjointswhichcanbedismantled.Ifintendedforassemblywithametalpipeorfitting,suchconnectionsmaycomprisescrewthreads,compressionjoints,orflangedorweldedconnections.ThispartofISO10838isapplicableonlytomechanicalfittingswithnormaloperating-temperaturelimitsbetween-20℃and+40℃,unlessotherwiseagreedbetweeninterestedparties.ItisthepurposeofthispartofISO10838toprovideperformancerequirementsthatwillensurethatmechanicalpipe-jointingsystemswillprovidefullsealingandfullrestraintofthePEpipingsothatthePEpipingwillyieldratherthanpulloutofthemechanicaljointwhensubjectedtotensileforcesorpressure.
