【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforacceptancetestsregardingvolumerateofflowandpowerrequirementsofdisplacementcompressors.Italsospecifiesmethodsfortestingliquid-ringtypecompressorsasinannexA.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheoperatingandtestingconditionswhichshallbeagreedbetweenthemanufacturerandpurchaserwhenafullperformancetestisspecified.Foraircompressorsmanufacturedinbatchesorincontinuousproductionquantitiesandsoldagainstperformancedatapublishedinmanufacturers'sales,literaturetestsasdescribedinannexesB,CandDareconsideredequivalentalternatives.Detailedinstructionsaregivenforafullperformancetestincludingthemeasurementofvolumeflowrateandpowerrequirement,thecorrectionofmeasuredvaluestospecifiedconditions,andmeansofcomparingthecorrectedvalueswiththeguaranteeconditions.Thetolerancestobeappliedtothemeasurementofflow,power,specificpower,etc.forallacceptancetestscarriedoutinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandardshallbeagreedbetweenthemanufacturerandpurchaseratthecontractualstageorcertainlypriortotheexecutionofthetests.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsfordeterminingthevalueofsuchtolerances.AnnexEofthisInternationalStandardspecifiesstandardinletconditionsforreferencepurposes.
